Sometimes new beginnings don’t arrive all at once – they arrive through people. Old friendships, reconnect, new faces appear, and plans quietly grow into something more.

I’m Bella!
I’ve always believed in keeping things simple. I moved from Texas after college, where Randi and I studied at the University of Texas. I earned my degree in English literature and stayed focused on fitness and balance. Living in Richmond Hills brought me closer to Lati — an old childhood friend — and through her, I met Jess. I was supposed to send out the fall party mailing list, but life got busy. Daisy stepped in to help, and honestly, that’s how things work best sometimes.

I’m Summer.
When a vacancy opened in Lati’s building, it felt like the right time to move closer. My twin sister Autumn and I inherited the PLUM office building together, and paperwork brought us both north. I took the extra room, hoping she’d stay. I invited her to the fall party, knowing moments like that can change everything. We’ll see!

I’m Vera
Living in Randi’s Astoria building he introduced me to a whole new circle. I accepted both the meet-and-greet and the fall party invite and shared them with my roommate Sonya. I admire Randi, even though I know his attention leans elsewhere. Sometimes showing up is enough.

i’m Chloe
I was introduced into the mix with an invitation to the meet and greet party, blending business and friendship and welcomed the chance to unwind after a successful week, enjoying the energy of the ladies and the ease of conversation that filled the space.”what am I about to get into”

Hello everyone, I’m Sonya. I believe in connection, intention, and knowing when to observe before speaking. I live in Astoria and share a space with Vera, who has become one of my closest friends. I’m someone who values meaningful conversations and strong friendships, especially among women who are building something of their own.

I’m Autumn
My sister hopes I stay — and she doesn’t know that I already plan to. I shipped my belongings ahead of time, just in case. If I meet the right man at the party, that might be the sign I need. Either way, Summer and I will share ownership of the PLUM building. Nine seconds apart, but always connected.
New beginnings don’t always announce themselves — sometimes, they quietly bring the right people into the same room. Randi bring them together with a meet and greet party.
