I started today by letting myself arrive slowly.
The morning light filtered through the curtains, and I watched it settle on my books and papers.
There’s a quiet kind of magic in noticing small details — the edges of a page, the steam from my cup of tea, the distant hum of the city waking up.
I didn’t rush. i didn’t plan every step.
I simply observed and let the day take shape around me. It’s funny how much room appears when you stop trying to fill it.
By the time the afternoon came, I realized I’d carried a sense of calm with me without even trying.
